If your question is about an order, please include the email address used at checkout and any order or tracking details you have. You can also reply directly to your TapSafe order confirmation or dispatch email.
If your tag is not opening TapSafe, will not activate, appears linked to the wrong vehicle, or has been lost or damaged, include the TapSafe Tag ID if you have it and a short description of what is happening.
